Sony Xperia P, Xperia U, and Xperia Sola now available in more regions

If you were hoping to get your hands on the Sony Xperia P, Xperia U, or Xperia Sola, you may be able to now depending on where you live. Although all three phones have already been available for consumers to purchase in parts of Asia, the phones are now seeing a wider release in Asia as well across most countries in Europe.

The Xperia Sola, the most interesting phone out of the 3, features Sony’s new Floating Touch technology, which enables the device to detect your finger as it hovers over the screen without you actually touching the display. Sony’s Floating Touch technology will be active when browsing the web on the Sola. When web browsing on the Sola, users will be able to hold their finger over a web page and use their finger as a mouse cursor, allowing them to precisely select links. I’m sure that developers will have other great uses for this new technology.
