Rumors about the upcoming Galaxy Note III have been all over for a little while now. All we needed is some type of confirmation which Samsung just gave us. They informed the members of the media that they’ll be holding episode number 2 of their Unpacked event on September 4 in Berlin, a few days ahead of IFA 2013. The event is going to start at 7 pm local time. In addition, there will also be another event taking place in NYC at the same time at 1 PM Eastern time.

Judging from the invitation,Samsung will probably announce a new Galaxy Note. Whether it’ll be the Note 3 or a sequel of the Note 10.1 tablet, we’ll find out then. The Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to sport a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, Adreno 330 GPU, Android 4.3, a 1920 x 1080 display (3 of them possibly), 3GB of RAM, 13MP shooter and more. Last year, the Note II launched in October a few months after it was unveiled in Berlin. Here is to hoping we wont have to wait for two months.
