Samsung rep:”We plan to unveil the new Galaxy Note on August 29″

With reports claiming that Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy Note 2 during the Unpacked event at IFA Berlin this year, all we needed is a confirmation. A Samsung rep told news agency Reuters that his company is indeed planning to unveil the Note’s sequel on August 29.

“We plan to unveil the next Galaxy Note at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event in Berlin on August 29.”

There were no details about what new features we could see in the upcoming Galaxy Note; rumors suggest that it’ll have a larger 5.5-inch unbreakable display and a 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor. Is anyone planning to get one of these bad boys?
