Samsung reminds Apple about Steve Jobs’ stand on “big phones”
Yesterday was the day when Apple announced their new flagship phones. the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and the phablet-sized 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus. The latter sports a 1080p large display, larger than any iPhone ever made. Kind of ironic, isn’t it? You guys remember how Steve Jobs hated large phones, right? He even said “No one is going to ever buy a big phone.” He was then referring to a slew of devices such as the Galaxy S, HTC Evo 4G and Droid X during the iPhone 4 launch.
Samsung (Philippines) decided to remind Apple about what their founder said about big screens. They tweeted the following message:

Did you think Samsung was going to sit and not remind Apple? The Korean manufacturer is basically the company who started the whole phablet category with the first Galaxy Note. Let’s also not forget that the Note 4 will launch next month. It will be interesting to see how things go and how it will compare to the iPhone 6 Plus.
Do you guys agree with Samsung’s reaction?
