If the previous rumor about the Galaxy S III wasn’t enough, the folks at BGR have just received some new intel about the upcoming Samsung phone. The GS III is rumored to have a ceramic case which is unusual for Samsung devices. Along with that, it will sport a bad-ass 4.8-inch display and of course Android 4.0. The exciting part about this phone is that Samsung will launch it in over 50 market simultaneously which means that if you live in the U.S., you won’t have to see other countries enjoying the phone before you get your hands on it.
Remember that this is an unverified rumor and the following specs could change at anytime:
- 4.8-inch Super AMOLED Plus full HD display
- 1.5GHz Exynos Quad-core processor
- 8-megapixel rear-camera
- 2-megapixel front camera
- Ceramic back
- Android 4.0
- 4G LTE (depending if Samsung embedded an LTE modem in their Exynos chip)
Samsung hasn’t yet announced the Galaxy S III and until then, we advise you to take this rumor with a grain of salt. And if there is a remote chance that this phone exists, count me as sold.
