Samsung Galaxy Note stops by the FCC with AT&T LTE bands

The Samsung Galaxy Note has stopped by the FCC for the second time as an AT&T phone/tablet. Although it has been out for a while in Europe, many of us here in the U.S. are anxious to get our own variant. The Samsung SGH-I717 FCC documents confirm the large 5.3-inch 1280 x 800, 146.85mm x 82.95mm, display as well as the 850/1900 GSM/EDGE and the WCDM II and IV AT&T bands. Also included in the filings, is the location of the NFC antenna. Other than that, the G-Note will have a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and Android 2.3.6. AT&T hasn’t yet announced a release date for the Galaxy Note. Here’s to hoping that this FCC filing means that it will be here very soon.
