Samsung Conquer 4G shows up on Samsung’s website

The last time we talked about the Samsung Conquer was a couple of weeks ago when it was just a rumor. Apparently, Samsung decided to “sneak” in the new Sprint mid-level Android device, on their website.

The Samsung conquer 4G will have the following features:

  • Android 2.3 (Gingerbread)
  • 3.5-inch HVGA 320×480 display
  • 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 processor
  • Full-sliding QWERTY keyboard
  • 3.1-megapixel rear-facing camera
  • 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera
  • 4G WiMax support

Neither Sprint or Samsung have made any official statements about the release date or pricing for the Samsung Conquer 4G. It will not have a Super AMOLED display or an 8-megapixel camera but it will certainly appeal to Sprint customers who are looking to save money. And if we go by our previous article, it will cost from $50 to $100 with a two-year contract and will be released on July 24th.
