Samsung concedes to Apple’s attacks, halts Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales in Australia

Samsung just agreed to put a hold on their U.S. version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets sales in Australia following an escalated patent suit from Apple, until both parties figure things out. the Korean company will not be able to advertise or sell the their newest tablet unless the Australian court allows it. Over 10 Apple patents have been violated by Samsung according to Apple’s lawyer, including the “look and feel” of the iPad. Samsung has already furnished the Cuppertino-based company three samples of the Australian version of the GTab 10.1 about seven days prior to the release date. A hearing has been scheduled for August 29 by Judge Annabelle Bennett to review the case and make a decision.
