Rumor: Samsung Galaxy Note II for AT&T to launch on October 21

One of the most anticipated Android handsets, the Galaxy Note II, was announced last month at the IFA in Berlin. Samsung didn’t mention when we will see it here in the US. Thankfully, a tip from a “trusted source” of BGR has confirmed that The AT&T variant of the Note 2 will launch on October 21 along with the Nokia Lumia 920, a Windows-powered phone.

Samsung was able to move 10 million Galaxy Notes last year. we expect an even high number in 2012-2013 once the sequel launches next month. The Galaxy Note II is expected to sport an impressive 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos chip, 2GB of RAM, a massive 3100 mAh battery and 4G LTE connectivity. If you’re Verizon customer, you may be in luck this time around.

Is is October 21 yet?
