Rumor: Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE launching on August 19

If you’re patiently waiting for the launch of the Motorola Photon Q on Sprint, you might not have to wait much longer. According to a Sprint insider, the 4G LTE QWERTY phone on Sprint will be launching on Sunday, August 19. Unfortunately, that information has yet to be confirmed by Sprint, so we’ll just have to wait and see if the information pans out.

According to PhoneDog, Sprint employees have begun training for the new Photon Q 4G device, so launch shouldn’t so far off.

As a quick reminder, the Photon Q 4G is a 4G LTE phone from Motorola that will feature a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4.3-inch qHD display with ColorBoost, a 1.5GHz dual-core SnapDragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, front and rear-facing cameras, and much more.
