Possible Nexus 9 keyboad pictures show up at the NCC

Google is set to release its upcoming tablet dubbed the Nexus 9 anytime now. Numerous leaks surfaced showing us its keyboard case and telling its name. Thanks to a filing in the NCC, which stand for National Communications Commission (Taiwan’s FCC), we may have our very first look a what the keyboard case looks like.

There is nothing special about it as you can see in the pictures. It will basically connect to the tablet via Bluetooth and will probably have a battery that charges via USB – just like any other keyboard case. Judging from the ruler, it measures 230 x 160 mm (correct me if I am wrong). It also looks like we will have two different models with 2 different keyboard layouts (see the upper numbers row). The model number shown is UG0B and HTC is the manufacturer.

The Nexus 9 is rumored to sport monster specs such as Nvidia’s latest 64-bit K1 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 8.9-inch QHD display with a resolution of 2048 x 1660, Android L, 8MP rear camera and front speakers (YES!).

If we go by NVIDIA’s lawsuit documents, we could see the Nexus 9 before the end of the 3rd quarter which is 2 weeks away. Release this damn tablet already Google and while you’re at it, how about the Nexus 6?
