Nexus 7 tablet coming to Staples in Canada on July 23

According to the Nexus 7 pre-order page on Staples Canada’s website, the Nexus 7, Google first Nexus tablet and also the first 7-inch tablet running on a quad-core processor, will be available on July 23. According to the site, the tablet will be available both online and in-store on that date.

This is the second time this week that Staples has hinted at a release date for the Nexus 7 tablet. Just yesterday, Staples in the U.S. indicated that the tablet would ship sometime between July 12 and July 17.

The 16GB Nexus 7 tablet at Staples will set you back $249. It features a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 16GB of internal storage, front-facing camera, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and more.
