The New Moto X Unlocked model will be called “Pure Edition”

According to TheVerge, the new Moto X unlocked model will be dubbed “Pure Edition.” That is a cool name in my opinion, Why? because it perfectly describes what most phones should be. Pure of any carrier branding, bloatware or emblems. Because, honestly, no one wants that crap.

Motorola is probably one the few OEMs that pays attention to what, us customers, want in our phones. It started when they released last year’s Moto X. It basically offered a near-Android-stock to all of its users. We have not seen this year’s version but, we’re sure it will offer the same experience. The 2nd generation Moto X will sport the 801 Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM, 5.2-inch 1080p display, Android 4.4.4 KitKat, 2,300 mAh battery and more. Release date details are still up in the air at the moment but signs are pointing at late September.

What do you guys think of the “Pure Edition” name?
