[APK] New Google+ update lets you cast your stream to Chromecast

Although not available in the Play Store, a new Google+ update is now allowing users cast their stream to their Chromecasts. Consequently, you can stream posts, pictures and Full HD videos.

This update lets you project your stream to your TV. You can manually refresh it or let it automatically play just like if you’re viewing the app on your phone, except that you won’t be getting the whole user interface on your TV. Once little issue. The Cast icon only appears when looking at the “everyone” or public stream. If you have custom streams, you will not be able to cast them (at least for now).

When casting, the Google+ app will display play, pause, skip forward or back. So yeah, this new update is limited in some terms but it does make our favorite social network even better than before. If you haven’t gotten the update yet, hit this link to download the apk.
