Motorola Droid 4 upcoming update will bring better battery life, new MotoCast widget

The Droid 4 has just joined the Droid RAZR and RAZR MAXX to receive its first update which will bump its build number to 6.13.219. we’re not sure if it will get tested first via the Motorola Feedback Network or rolled out to the public. The update will bring an improved battery life, touchscreen lockups bug fix, new MotoCast widget, improved test message delivery and enhancements to Wi-Fi connectivity. Unfortunately, we will not see Ice Cream Sandwich this time around. We could see this update rolling out as early as next week and if you don’t feel like waiting, hit the source link to grab it.
