Instargram Video for Android now available in the Play Store


Facebook announced earlier today that they will be implementing video capture within the Instagram application. Along with the camera icon, you will now find a video camera one which will allow you to record up to 15 seconds of video content. If you’re  a fan of filters, Instagram did not forget about you.

Keep in mind that this video feature will only work on Android devices running Android 4.1 and up. Folks with devices with older versions of Android should be able to record videos later on this year–“we’re working around the clock to enable capturing videos on many more Android devices.”
