Google Wallet now working on unlocked Galaxy Nexus phones on T-Mobile

If you’re a T-Mobile user with an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus, there’s some good news for you. The guys over at Engadget are reporting that Google Wallet can now be downloaded from the Google Play store and installed on unlocked Galaxy Nexus phones currently running on T-Mobile’s network. Previously, the NFC-based payment system wasn’t visible to Galaxy Nexus devices running on the network.

Although it can now be installed, it hasn’t been tested yet. So, if you’re a T-Mobile user with a Samsung Galaxy Nexus that you bought unlocked, try downloading Google Wallet on your device and let us know how things work out with that free $10 credit.
