[Deal] Buy the Nextbit Robin phone for $299 at Amazon, that’s $100 off

Amazon has a great deal on the Nextbit Robin phone today. You can get one for $299 which is $100 cheaper than MSRP. The deal should be good until May 10. The available colors are Midnight and Mint.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Robin. It a phone that runs on Android and relies on onboard and cloud storage to store data. So whenever you’re connected to WiFi network, the phone sync with the cloud and therefore frees storage space within it. This “cloud phone” recently got updated to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. On top of that, it also got its own CyanogenMod Rom which is awesome and should be easy to install since the handset comes with an unlocked bootloader out of the box.

The Robin packs a 5.2-inch 1080p IPS LCD display, Snapdragon 808, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 100GB of cloud storage, NFC, fingerprint reader and a 2,680 mAh battery.

At $300, I am probably going to try the Nexbit Robin because of its unique approach to storage and yes, CyanogenMod.
