Can’t make it to Google I/O? Don’t worry, watch the live keynotes free

Can’t make it to Google I/O this year? Don’t worry, you can still watch the live keynotes and attend one of the many I/O extended events that are taking place throughout the world during the conference.

The first keynote of Google I/O 2012 will be taking place at 9:30 a.m. PDT on Wednesday, June 27. The second day’s keynote will be taking place on June 28 at 10:00 a.m. PDT. Both events will be streamed live at developers.google.com/io.

In addition to streaming the keynotes, Google will also be live-streaming some of the sessions. If you can’t make it developers.google.com/io. to view the action, you can also download the official Google I/O mobile app, which will give you access to live streams and more, directly from your phone or tablet. Overall, more than 40 sessions from Google I/O 2012 will be streamed live, with the rest available for you to watch after the conference is over.

This year at Google I/O, we are expecting Google to unveil their 7-inch Nexus 7 tablet, along with the next version of Android, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean!
