Black HTC One S could soon be coming to T-Mobile consumers

If you like your phones black and have passed on the HTC One S on T-Mobile simply because of its color, there’s some good news for you. The guys over at TmoNews have obtained some pictures of an all-black HTC One S, complete with T-Mobile branding. At the moment, the device isn’t being offered to consumers to purchase. Instead, it’s being offered to T-Mobile store reps as a prize for meeting certain sales goals with HTC devices. Just because it isn’t offered to consumers at the moment doesn’t mean that it won’t be in the future.

Specs-wise, the black HTC One S features the same specs as its lighter-colored sibling. Inside you’ll find a 1.5GHz dual-core SnapDragon S4 processor, a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display, 16GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4, a slim 7.95mm profile, Beats Audio technology, front and rear-facing camera with a powerful f2.0/ 8-megapixel sensor on the rear, and much more.

The phone definitely exists. Based on the packaging, it’s ready to be sold to consumers. Let’s hope that this exclusivity period that T-Mobile reps currently have runs out soon and that consumers will be able to get their hands on this alternate version of the HTC One S.
