Apple’s evidence in case against Samsung in Germany found to be altered

According to Dutch website Webwereld, Apple has provided false evidence in its case against Samsung in Germany which led to the ban of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 all over Europe, except for the Netherlands. Some of the evidence that was handed to the German court included pictures where both the Gtab 10.1 and the iPad 2 were compared. Thanks to the good eyes of the folks at Webwereld , a discrepancy has been found in the aspect ratio used in the snapshot which made both tablets look like they have the same size which isn’t true, because the Samsung Tab is narrower that the iPad 2. The other thing is you can clearly see the absence of the Samsung logo on the “photoshopped”picture. Whether Apple’s lawyers have deliberately tampered with the evidence or not, you can go to page 28 of the filing and check it out for yourself. Look at the picture below where both tablets are side to side, and tell us what you think.

Hmmm, what you gonna do now Apple? Shame on you!
