Apple does it again, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 blocked all over Europe except for the Netherlands

FOSS Patents reported today that Apple has just been granted a preliminary injunction against Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1, blocking its distribution in all of the European Union except for the Netherlands. As usual, Steve Jobs’greedy suing-machine says that the Gtab 10.1 is imitating the iPad and has asked the court to fine the Korean company up to $350,000 per violation. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has also been barred from Australia last week for similar reasons.
According to Florian Mueller, the Düsseldorf district court, where all of this action is happening, has a reputation to always to favor patent holders. The Samsung/Apple case in the U.S. is still in the pleading process and we won’t hear anything until October.
