Android 4.1.2 update now rolling out to the Google Play Galaxy Nexus

If you purchased your Galaxy Nexus from the Google Play store, there’s some good news for you. The Android 4.1.2 update that has been rolling out to the Nexus 7 and international version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is now available to those who purchased their Galaxy Nexus from the Google Play store. The new Android 4.1.2 update is a minor update that fixes things and improves the overall experience with your device.

To get the update, simply check for system updates on your phone by going to Settings > About phone > System updates.

Sadly, if you’re a Sprint or Verizon Wireless Galaxy Nexus owner, you’ll have to wait just a little longer for the update to be available on your device.
