Android 3.2 Honeycomb update rolling out to the HTC Flyer in France and Holland

When HTC released their 7-inch Flyer tablet, they promised that it would eventually receive a Honeycomb update. It looks like the time for Honeycomb has arrived for the HTC Flyer, at least in France and Holland. As of right now, it looks like the only the 32GB Wi-Fi + 3G version of the 7-inch tablet are receiving the Honeycomb upgrade.

The update file is a whopping 210MB. Once updated, the HTC Flyer version number jumps to 3.55.405.1. At the moment, only the 32GB model has been reported to have received the update; no word on the 16GB model. There is also no word on when the update will hit users in other countries.

Although it took a long time, at least an update is finally starting to be pushed out. Now we must do it all over again, with Ice Cream Sandwich.
