While Samsung is working on teasing us about their “next Galaxy” phone, folks in Germany have already made it the best-selling smartphone on Amazon beating devices like the Galaxy Nexus and the Galaxy S II. The irony here is that people are reserving a phone that they know nothing about except for some listed specs such as 4.7-ich display, Android 4.0, 16GB of storage and a 12-megapixel camera – these specs have yet to be confirmed by the South Korean company. And by the looks of it, consumers are trusting Samsung with their money and a decent amount of it (€599). With Amazon.de updating their bestsellers list hourly, it looks like the Galaxy S III will stay on top until and even after May 3. Would you pre-order a phone without knowing anything about it?
