Jelly Bean soak test for Droid RAZR, RAZR MAXX to roll out soon

Prior to releasing a major update, Motorola has been known to launch what they call a ‘Soak Test.’ They basically pick a specific number of users who are members of the Motorola Feedback Network and ask for their feedback prior to doing an update rollout to the masses.

Some of those members who are owners of Verizon’s Droid RAZR and RAZR Maxx received an email from Moto telling them to expect an “early preview of a new Jelly Bean update.” This comes in concordance with the manufacturer’s Q1 of 2013 update schedule.

If you own one the RAZR devices, you should see the Android 4.1 update rolling out sometimes in March and that is if everything goes well in the soak test. Is anyone excited?

Thanks for joining the Motorola Feedback Network. We are inviting owners of the Droid RAZR or Droid RAZR Maxx on Verizon to participate in an early preview of a new Jelly Bean software release, and provide feedback. If you are not currently using a Droid RAZR or Droid RAZR Maxx on Verizon, please excuse and ignore this email.
