You can now custom-order a Nexus “Live case” from Google

Google introduced today the “Live Case” for Nexus devices. This is not your usual case. Google allows you to customize  it by either picking your favorite pictures or map locations. You get to also get a live wallpaper based on that same picture or map.

Create your own customized Nexus phone case and see its design come to life on your phone’s screen with the companion live wallpaper.

The case sells for $35 and is available for the Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6. The choices are Place Live case or the Photos Live Case.

Customizing the case is pretty awesome and fairly easy to do. Make sure your photos have a decent resolution before uploading to avoid getting crappy and grainy design. The map case allows to pinpoint any location in the world and show it on your case which by the way comes in glossy or matte finishes. MKBHD has a hands-on video which shows you how the accessory looks in real life. Hit up the link below the video to try it out.
