Video: Developer gets Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to run on the Amazon Kindle Fire tablet

Well, that didn’t take long. A developer has gotten Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to run on the cheap and powerful $199 Amazon Kindle Fire tablet. The developer, who goes by g1011999 on Youtube, posted a video to show us the action. This build is still in its early stages and there many things that need to be worked on. Mr. Steven, the Android community thanks you. Keep doing what you’re doing, we really appreciate it!
