The new Galaxy Premier features a large 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1GB of RAM, with a 1.5GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4470 processor. The phone will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and features both the same 8 and 1.9-megapixel cameras currently available on the Galaxy S III.

Unfortunately, the Galaxy Premier has only been made official in the Ukraine. It is expected to be released in November and will sell for 5,555 Ukrainian hryvnias (about $680USD).
