PSA: NVIDIA’s LTE Shield Tablet with 32GB of storage now available for $399

Two weeks ago, NVIDIA announced that their Shield Tablet with LTE and 32GB of storage was up for pre-order for $399. In case, you haven’t reserved yours yet, you can now order it from NVIDIA and other auhtorized retailers.

The Shield Tablet is an Android tablet that is geared toward gamers. It is said to have “the muscle to handle the technologies that make PC gaming great” – thanks to the powerful Tegra K1 processor. There are over 400 Shield-optimized games in the Shield Hub. It allows gamers to stream games from cloud as well. When it comes to specs, this tablet will not disappoint. Here there are:

  • 8-inch 1920 x 1200 Full HD display
  • Tegra K1 CP with 192 GPU Cores
  • 2GB of RAM
  • 32GB of internal storage w/ microSd port
  • DirectStylus 2 with 3D Paint
