Following a successful funding campaign via KickStarter.com, OUYA is finally available for pre-order for $99 plus a $10 shipping fee for those of you in the U.S. or $20 for international customers. The project initially had a funding goal of $950,000, it ended up gathering an impressive $8,596,475 from eager backers who will have first dibs at the miniature gaming console as early as March 2013–you’d have to wait until April 2013 if you haven’t joined the KickStarter party. Popular game developers such as ROBOTOKI, NAMCO BANDAI, MADFINGER and Square Enix (Final Fantasy) have already committed to bringing their products to the affordable Android gaming console.
OUYA comes with the Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, HDMI and USB ports, Wi-Fi connectivity and Android 4.0. If you’re interested, head to the product’s page to reserve one.
