Official: Motorola unveils the Moto Maxx, the GSM version of the Droid Turbo


The Moto Maxx was leaked numerous times in the past weeks. We started wondering when Motorola was going to make it official. Today, they announced its availability in Brazil, Mexico and other Latin countries sometimes in the middle of November.

The Moto Maxx is the GSM version of the new newly released Verizon Droid Turbo.We know that a lot of you have been drooling to get their hands on this beast. Unfortunately, Motorola did not mention anything about a US release. If you have contacts down south, we suggest you start working on it.

In term of specs, the Moto Maxx packs 5.2-inch QHD display with 556 ppi, 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805, 3GB of RAM, 21-megapixel rear camera capable of recording 4K videos, 64GB of internal storage,4G LTE, ballistic nylon backing, Android KitKat 4.4.4 and a 3,900 mAh battery.


The phone is already available in the Motorola Brazil site for R$ 2.199,00 ($875 US). Mexico and other countries will follow later this month.
