Motorola to announce the Droid RAZR M with 4.3-inch qHD Super Amoled Advanced display, Snapdragon S4 CPU, and 3MP front camera on September 5th

Check out the Motorola Droid RAZR M, the phone that Verizon and Motorola are planning on announcing at their September 5th event. The Droid RAZR M, or XT907, will feature a 4.3-inch qHD Super Amoled Advanded display, a fast dual-core Qualcomm SnapDragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 3-megapixel front-facing camera and 8-megapixel rear-facing camera that’s capable of recording video at 1080P HD.

Other specs of the RAZR M include full GSM/UMTS/HSPA+ global roaming, 4G LTE connectivity, 8GB of internal storage with microSD slot for additional storage, and more. The back of the RAZR M will feature the same Kevlar back that is found on the Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR MAXX.

The phone will weigh just 4.4 ounces and will feature Gorilla Glass 2 on the display to help protect it.

The Droid RAZR M is expected to be announced on September 5 at an event that is being hosted by both Verizon and Motorola. While the RAZR M looks like one of the devices that will be announced, we’re hoping that Motorola also announces a newer version of the MOTOACTV fitness tracker.
