Motorola pits Apple’s SIRI against Google’s Voice Actions

One of the biggest selling points that Apple has with its iPhone is the new Siri voice assistant. While Siri might seem cool and revolutionary, Voice Actions on Android handsets have been around for quite some time now, and it works great, too. Motorola wanted to remind us all that Google’s Voice Actions is not only as good as Siri, but it’s actually faster too (in some ways). They released two videos of Siri going against Voice Actions on two of their phones, the Motorola Atrix 2 and the Motorola Photon 4G.

While we’re talking about voice controls, how many of you use Voice Actions? I actually find myself using it a lot, especially when looking up local businesses and replying to messages. With the voice actions in Android 4.0, things are actually better because you can use to for an entire conversation without ever having to close it after sending a message. Do you use Voice Actions on your phone? Let us know by dropping a comment below.
