Motorola Bionic specs detailed on MotoDev’s website, packed with OMAP4, 1GB RAM and more

The Motorola Bionic is one of the most anticipated Android phones for this summer. Although we knew most of its specs, we were still awaiting the final word from Motorola. We found something pretty close to an official announcement of what the Bionic will be sporting. Thanks to the guys at MyDroidWorld, we were able to find a direct URL to of a comparison chart, at the MotoDev site, between the Droid 3, Bionic and Photon 4G (check out the picture above).

Some of the listed Droid Bionic specs are:

  • Android 2.3.4
  • 4G LTE
  • 4.3-inch qHD 540×960
  • 1GHz OMAP4430 dual-core processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • 8-megapixel rear camera
  • 2-megapixel front camera

For a phone that isn’t even released yet, the Bionic has almost the same features as the Atrix 4G which came out almost six months ago. Take it for what it’s worth but I am sticking with the Galaxy S II.
