HTC just release the kernel source code for numerous devices including some new ones such as the EVO 3D, Sensation 4G and the Chacha. While this may not mean much for the average Android user, it is like a pot of gold for developers. HTC has promised to adopt the unlocked bootloader policy on all of their devices a while ago. And although it took them some time to go do it, they kept their promise and released the source codes for a multitude of Android phones. It won’t be too long until we see some custom ROMs from developers like CyanogenMod.
