Along with the Nexus 6, Google also announced the Nexus 9, a tablet made by HTC as we all expected. This will be HTC’s first tablet since the old HTC Flyer (our review) which was not as great of a success as the Taiwanese company hoped for.
The Nexus 9 will be powered by a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor coupled with the Kepler DX1 GPU. The IPS LCD display sits at 8.9 inches and has a resolution of 2048 x 1536 with the Double Tap to wake feature. The tablet sports an 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.6MP front camera, 16 or 32 GB internal storage options. 2GB of RAM, 6,700 mAh battery, dual front speakers with HTC BoomSound and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
