Firefox for Android gets updated to version 7, still doesn’t support Flash

If you’re a fan of Firefox for Android, you should be happy to know that version 7 is now available in the Android market. The latest updates improves copy and paste, and more. Check out the full change log below.

  1. Improved copy and paste: Copy any site content and paste to other applications, SMS, or text fields
  2. Built-in language detection on first run
  3. WebSockets API: Powerful tool for Web developers to build responsive Web apps and sites

Unfortunately, Firefox for Android still doesn’t support Adobe Flash. Once Flash is fully supported, I may give it a shot. In the mean time, I will stick to the stock Android browser, which has been great for me, so far.
