Although last week’s 38R update for the OnePlus One brought some well needed improvements, it somehow messed with the camera app. There was this bug where the flash only worked in the ‘Auto’ mode for example (thanks Mike C.). To avoid waiting until the next OTA to take care of issues, Cyanogen released the Cyanogen Camera app in the Play Store – you’ll find an update waiting for you. It apparently fixes a bug which happens when folks are trying to record 4K videos while on RAW mode.

There is one caveat folks. The Cyanogen Camera app is only available for devices running CM11S, which means that it is an exclusive to the OnePlus One. If you own other devices, there is no way for you to use it unless CM decides otherwise. Enjoy!
