Costco to ship WiFi Motorola Xoom on March 27

The Motorola Xoom page on Costco’s website has been updated to reflect a new shipping date. When Motorola first announced that the WiFi-only version of the Motorola Xoom was launching on March 27, Costco began taking pre-orders with a ship date of April 1.

If you pre-order your Xoom online from Costco, you will also get a free gel case. If you’re not the type that likes to wait for the UPS man, you can always go to your local Costco on launch day to get your Xoom without waiting.

The WiFi-only Xoom will set you back $589.99 if you purchase from Costco, a $10 saving. If you pre-order online, you’ll also get a free gel case.

  • Cant wait to get my hands on the Xoom. Don’t really see the need to pre-order unless it will arrive on the 27th. There are so many different retailers that will be selling them its not likely that they will all sell out on the first day. I will be at the doorstep of one of these retailers, not waiting for the mailman.
