Consumer Reports rate AT&T lowest in customer satisfaction

According to a satisfaction survey conducted by Consumer Reports on over 66,000 of their online subscribers, AT&T was found to be last in customer satisfaction ratings. Verizon, on the other hand, was ranked first, Sprint came second followed by T-Mobile in third position.

Survey participants were asked to rate their respective carriers based on the quality of customer support, texting, data services and staff knowledge. Numbers don’t lie and it shows when a good chunk of consumers placed Verizon as their number one. I have been an AT&T customer for more than eight years and there were times where the service was spotty but overall, I have been very satisfied with them as my carrier. I also think that every carrier has its ups and downs depending on where you live.

Congratulations to Verizon, you deserve it!!
