AT&T now taking pre-orders for the Galaxy S III, will start shipping on June 18

by Zack NebbakiJune 6, 2012

It looks like AT&T is going to join Sprint and T-Mobile as the third carrier to launch the Galaxy S III around June 21. Verizon, on the other hand, is rumored to launch the Samsung handset on July 9. If you want to check it out yourself, you can go ahead and add a Galaxy S III to your cart and then follow the instructions. Once you get to the checkout page, a prompt will pop up letting you know that “your order is scheduled to be shipped on June 18;” So technically, you could get your phone a couple of days later.

This is great news for AT&T customers who are wishing to get their hands on the Samsung flagship device.  If you didn’t know, Ma Bell’s variant will only come with 16GB of internal storage with an option to purchase a 16GB microSD card if you need more space. To reserve your AT&T Galaxy S III, head to AT&T (links in source). Is anyone excited?
