AT&T flips 4G LTE switch in parts of Florida and North Carolina

It looks like the bad press that AT&T has been getting lately hasn’t stopped them from deploying their LTE network. Starting today, they extended their 4G LTE network to these new markets:

  • Tampa, Fl
  • St. Petersburg, Fl
  • Sarasota, Fl
  • Bradenton, Fl
  • Raleigh, NC
  • Durham, NC

With these new additions, AT&T’s 4G LTE network now covers over 28 markets. This isn’t Verizon but it looks like they are definitely working at spreading their LTE goodness to as many markets as possible. AT&T is also scheduled to release another LTE device in the Galaxy Note this Sunday. Make sure to check out our hands-on soon!
