AT&T has been working hard to devise and implement a growth strategy to rival Verizon, and it seems like they may be succeeding. Part of this plan is the 4G LTE launch in 15 cities across America, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio which all went live last month. And while the other 10 cities have yet to be officially announced, Boston and Washington DC are suspected to be included based on details included in the Q3 earnings report. AT&T’s 4G LTE service rollout seems to working favorably as demonstrated through solid third quarter reports and crossing the 100-million-subscriber threshold. The carrier can expect to see these trends continue if the T-Mobile acquisition goes through and if any of the other cities go live this year.
