If you’re the owner of a Nexus S or a Nexus S 4G, there’s some good news for you in the form of factory images. Today, Google released factory images of Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean for both the Nexus S and Nexus S 4G. The factory images can be used to return your phone to the original factory firmware in the event that something goes wrong.
It’s not a bad idea to store your factory image in a safe place. You never know when you’ll find it useful. For more information and to download, head over to the Google Developers page today.
