Acer outs its flagship smartphone, the Acer CloudMobile — will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress

Acer has outed its own flagship Android device, the Acer CloudMobile smartphone. The company got in touch with Pocket Lint, alerting them that the CloudMobile had received the iF Design award 2012, in recognition of outstanding achievement in design. There’s only one problem, nobody knew about Acer’s CloudMobile smartphone, not even Pocket Lint.

And still, not much is known about the phone. At the moment, the only thing that is known about the CloudMobile smartphone is that it will feature a 4.3-inch HD display, Dolby sound, and will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The phone will be less than 10mm thick and will utilize Acer’s AcerCloud cloud storage service.

Other than the above, not much is known about the Acer CloudMobile smartphone. Now that we know it exists (and that it looks nice), we hope to hear more information during Mobile World Congress!
